Summer Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation made before June 1st, you will be granted, 

  1. 100% tuition refund minus $50 processing fee

  2. 100% tuition credits, which expired in 6 months; the tuition credits are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

Any cancellation made between June 1st and the 1st day of student’s attendance, you will be charged 10% cancellation fee plus $50 processing fee.

Any cancellation made after the 1st day of student’s attendance, you will NOT receive any refund.

The tuition and fees are NOT TRANSFERABLE unless claimed under the same student’s account.

The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

All cancellation MUST be written through email, and the school will send the confirmation within 48 hours after receiving the inquiry. Please check your email (including spam folder) for the updating status.

Not Attending camp/class does NOT constitute an official withdrawal from camp/class or cancellation of tuition. There is NO make-up during the summer session if the class or camp is missed by the student (student’s no-show).

The refund issuing date will be August 20th for the Summer session.
