Camp Class Descriptions:
Fashion Illustration
Campers will become mini fashion designers as they learn how to draw clothing designs and create their own Fashion Illustration Book. Students explore colors, patterns, and styles while practicing creativity and storytelling through art.
Car Design
Campers step into the role of junior car designers as they learn how vehicles are imagined, sketched, and styled. Students explore shape, color, and creative problem-solving while designing their own imaginative cars – from sporty racers to futuristic flying vehicles!
Book Making
Campers become young authors and illustrators as they learn how to create their own handmade books from start to finish. With age-appropriate tools and techniques, students design pages, write stories, add drawings, and assemble their very own book to take home.
Multi-Media Class
Campers will explore a wide range of creative materials to design unique, mixed-media artworks. Students experiment with paper, cardboard, recyclables, paint, beads, and more, combining textures and techniques to build imaginative projects. This hands-on activity encourages creativity, problem-solving, and artistic confidence for all grade levels.
Learning from Masterpieces
Campers explore famous artworks from around the world and learn what makes them masterpieces. Students look closely at paintings, sculptures, and illustrations by well-known artists, then create their own artwork using similar styles, colors, or techniques. This activity builds visual literacy while encouraging creativity and personal expression.
Drawing and Painting
In this hands-on art studio experience, campers explore the world of drawing and painting through fun, skill-building projects tailored to each age group. Students learn how to observe, imagine, and create artwork using a variety of tools and techniques. From basic shapes to full compositions, this activity helps young artists gain confidence while expressing their creativity.
Digital Arts
In this fun, technology-powered art program, campers explore the exciting world of digital creativity. Using age-appropriate drawing apps and design tools, students learn how to create artwork on tablets or computers while building foundational digital art skills. From character design to posters and animations, this activity blends creativity with modern technology in a kid-friendly environment.
Ceramics
In this clay-filled creative experience, campers explore the art of hand-built ceramics while learning the fundamentals of working with clay. Students discover how to sculpt, shape, carve, and design functional and decorative pieces using age-appropriate techniques. This class encourages imagination, hands-on learning, and artistic confidence.
